Design of intelligent auxiliary transportation system in coal mine

煤矿井下驾驶环境复杂,车辆运输频率高,驾驶人员易出现疲劳等不安全因素,极大影响了井下辅助运输工作的安全。针对这一难题,提出一套井下智能化辅助运输系统设计方案,包括冗余组合定位、井下环境感知、高精度地图、路径规划、车辆控制和远程启停,解决煤矿井下人员和物料运输过程中的无人化问题。通过减少矿井运输司机和操作人员的数量以及提高运输车辆智能化,推动煤矿开采的智能化发展,实现安全高效的无人化运输,起到煤矿无人化运输应用的示范作用。
The safety of underground auxiliary transportation is greatly affected by complex driving environment in coalmine, the high frequency of vehicle transportation and the fatigue of drivers. We put forward a design scheme of undergroundintelligent auxiliary transportation system to solve the problem of unmanned transportation of personnel and materials in themining area. The scheme includes redundancy combination positioning, underground environment sensing, high precisionmap, route plan, vehicle control and remote start and stop. By reducing the number of mine transportation drivers and operators, promote the intelligent development of coal mining, realize the safe and efficient unmanned transportation of coal mining, and establish a demonstration application of unmanned transportation in coal mine.
