    彬长矿区作为黄陇煤炭基地的主力矿井,承担“西煤东送、北煤南运”的重要角色。以彬长胡家河煤矿冲击地压防治为例,通过对矿井主控岩层判定,建立了井上下三维立体分区式冲击地压防治技术体系。同时围绕主控岩层的控制,以“绿色开采+冲击地压防治”为目标,提出主控岩层“上承下压”与柔模支护置换煤柱的井上下综合冲击地压防治思路。实践结果表明,胡家河煤矿4号煤层冲击现象由深埋、褶曲、断层、煤柱、底煤留设等因素形成了冲击的静载荷积聚与大采场扰动和主控岩层断裂所产生的冲击动载共同形成作用;通过井上下三维立体分区式冲击地压防治技术,有利于对冲击地压在力源、传播路径、显现区域的控制,弱化了冲击地压发生的强度。
  • Abstract
    As a main mine of Huanglong coal base, Binchang mining area plays an important role in “ west coal to east andnorth coal to south” . Taking the prevention and control of rock burst in Binchang Hujiahe Coal Mine as an example, throughthe determination of the main control strata of the mine, a three-dimensional partition rock burst prevention and control technology system is established. At the same time, focusing on the control of the main control strata, with the goal of “ greenmining + rock burst prevention and control” , the idea of comprehensive rock burst prevention and control of the main controlstrata “ upper bearing and lower pressure” and the coal pillar replacement with flexible mold support is proposed. Practiceresults show that the impact phenomenon of 4# coal seam in Hujiahe Coal Mine is caused by deep burial, fold, fault, coal pillar, bottom coal retention and other factors, which forms the common form of impact static load accumulation and impact dynamic load caused by large stope disturbance and main control rock fracture. Through the three-dimensional partition rockburst prevention and control technology in both above and below the well, the control of rock burst in force source, propagation path and appearance area is conducive to weakening the strength of rock burst.
