    针对虎龙沟煤业空压机站采用的人工就地控制系统稳定性不高、安全事故频发等问题,设计一种基于PLC空压机智能控制系统。系统以主站S7-300PLC和从站CPU224PLC控制器为核心,具备对空压机参数采集、数据处理、故障预警、智能控制等功能。系统实践应用结果表明,可实现空压机站的无人值守,安全经济效益显著。
  • Abstract
    Aiming at the problems of low stability and frequent safety accidents of manual local control system used in the air compressor station of Hulonggou Coal Industry, an intelligent control system of air compressor based on PLC is designed. The system is centered around the master station S7-300 PLC and the slave station CPU224PLC controller, and has functions such as parameter collection, data processing, fault early warning, and intelligent control for air compressors. The practical application results of the system indicate that unattended operation of the air compressor station can be achieved, with significant safety and economic benefits.
