    矿井火灾一直是制约我国煤炭开采和危害井下工作人员生命安全的灾害之一,并且会造成极大的资源浪费。面对当前严重的矿区火灾事故,研究发展新型防灭火材料无疑是保障现代化矿井安全高效生产的一项重要课题。综合论述了当前矿井火灾发生的诱因,以及常用的注惰气、注泥浆、洒阻化剂等传统防灭火材料和凝胶泡沫、液态二氧化碳、可膨胀石墨凝胶等新型防灭火材料的灭火机理和存在的缺陷;提出了国内外一些先进防灭火材料在当前实际应用中面临的难题,并且对未来的新型防灭火材料的发展做出了展望。
  • Abstract
    Mine fire has always been one of the disasters that restrict coal mining and endanger the life safety of underground workers in China, and will cause great waste of resources. In the face of the current serious mine fire accidents, the research and development of new fire prevention and extinguishing materials is undoubtedly an important topic to ensure the safety and efficient production of modern mines. This paper comprehensively discusses the inducements of the current mine fire, as well as the fire extinguishing mechanism and existing defects of conventional fire extinguishing materials such as inert gas injection, mud injection, and spray inhibitor, and new fire extinguishing materials such as gel foam, liquid carbon dioxide, and expandable graphite gel. The problems faced by some advanced fire prevention and extinguishing materials at home and abroad in the current practical application are proposed, and the development of new fire prevention and extinguishing materials in the future is prospected.
