This article analyzes the Large-scale state-owned coal and power enterprises are facing challenges of energy security and supply guarantee as well as deepening reforms, and urgently need to accelerate digital transformation and intelligent development. Digitally enhancing management will be a necessary path for enterprises to realize their value, in the context of building a nationwide unified energy market, based on General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important discourse, and combined with the application practice of the digital intelligent operation platform for coal production, transportation, sales, storage, and utilization of the CHN ENERGY Investment Group. It proposes that achieve dual-wheel drive of energy and digital economy under the premise of smooth energy supply. Based on coal supply security system, it firmly promotes the energy consumption revolution, establishes a new type of coal supply guarantee system, and contributes to the national goal of achieving “carbon peak” and “carbon neutrality”.
