摘要
为了研究领导-成员交换对矿工反生产行为的影响机制,引入工作倦怠和互动公平作为中介变量;运用SPSS26.0软件对300名矿工的问卷调查数据进行处理、AMOS26.0软件构建领导-成员交换质量对矿工反生产行为影响的最优结构方程模型。实验结果表明:领导-成员交换质量显著负向影响工作倦怠,正向影响互动公平;工作倦怠、互动公平对矿工反生产行为分别有显著正向、负向影响;工作倦怠、互动公平分别是领导-成员交换与矿工反生产行为之间的完全中介变量。

Abstract
In order to study the influence mechanism of leader-member exchange quality on miners’ counter-productive behavior, this paper introduces job burnout and interaction justice as mediating variables. This study uses SPSS and AMOS software to process the questionnaire data. The results show that the quality of leader-member exchange has a significant negative effect on job burnout and a positive effect on interaction justice. Job burnout and interactive justice have significant positive and negative effects on miners’ back work behavior, respectively. Job burnout and interaction justice are the complete mediating variables between leader - member exchange and miners’ counter-productive behavior respectively.
