摘要

为提高采煤机的运行可靠性,开发一种基于时频分析的采煤机摇臂传动系统振动监测软件。应用结果表明,该软件能够直观反映采煤机摇臂传动系统的振动信息,及时发现和识别异常振动现象,可为采煤机的可靠运行提供有效保障。
Abstract

In order to improve the operation reliability of the coal winning machine, a vibration monitoringsoftware of coal winning machine’ s rocker transmission system based on timefrequency analysis was developed.The application results showed that the software could intuitively reflect the vibration information of the coal winningmachine’s rocker transmission system, timely detect and identify abnormal vibration phenomena, and provideeffective guarantees for the reliable operation of the coal winning machine.
