多孔碳纳米管增强复合材料截锥壳的振动和屈曲研究

    为解决含孔隙碳纳米管增强复合材料截锥壳的振动和屈曲问题,基于改进的多孔复合材料物性参数模型,建立该类截锥壳的运动方程,并采用伽辽金积分法求解。通过数值算例研究孔隙、碳纳米管和半锥角等参数对其振动频率和屈曲临界荷载的影响,结果表明,振动频率和屈曲临界荷载随孔隙系数增大而减小,随碳纳米管体积分数增大而显著提高。与振动频率相比,屈曲临界荷载对孔隙的变化更为敏感。可见,碳纳米管显著提高了材料的强度和刚度。此外,孔隙对截锥壳振动和屈曲特性的影响不可忽略。
  • Abstract
    Based on an improved material property model for porous composites reinforced with carbon nano⁃tubes,the equations of motion were built to study the vibration and buckling problems of the porous shells.Galerkin integrate method was adopted to solve the equations.By using numerical examples,the effects of pores,carbon nanotubes and semi-vertex angles on the frequency and critical buckling load were investi⁃gated.The results show that the frequency and critical buckling load are decreased with the rise of pores co⁃efficient.On the contrary,the frequency and critical load can be evidently raised by increasing the amount of carbon nanotubes. Compared with the natural frequency,critical buckling load are more sensitive to the change of pores.Hence,the conclusion can be drawn that carbon nanotubes can significantly increase the strength and rigidity of the composites.Moreover,the effect of pores can not be neglected.
