    基于2016—2022年我国的煤矿事故统计数据,从事故等级、类型、时空分布以及事故致因4M理论四个角度分析我国煤矿事故发生规律。结果表明:煤矿事故的重点为降低一般事故发生率和重大事故死亡率;顶板和运输事故是控制事故总量的关键,瓦斯和水害事故是控制死亡人数的关键;山西等能源大省发生事故较多,地质构造复杂的南方省份较易发生重特大事故;井下作业地点事故预防的重点是巷道、采煤工作面和采空区;7—8月份发生事故最多,10—12月份死亡人数最多;8∶00—16∶00事故发生频繁,22∶00—2∶00和10∶00—12∶00较易发生重特大事故;违章作业等人的不安全行为是导致事故发生的主要原因。统计分析事故发生规律旨在为煤炭企业安全生产提供借鉴,预防煤矿事故发生。
  • Abstract
    Based on the statistical data of coal mine accidents during 2016—2022, the occurrence laws of coal mine accidents are analyzed with mathematical statistics and charts from four perspectives: grade, type, temporal and spatial distribution and 4M theory of accident causes. The results show that the key point of coal mine accidents is to reduce the general accident rate and the death rate of major accidents. Roof and transportation accidents are the key to control the total number of accidents, gas and water accidents are the key to control the number of deaths; There are more accidents in Shanxi and other energy-intensive provinces, while in the southern provinces with complex geological structures, major accidents are more likely to happen. The key sites for underground accident prevention are roadway, coal face and goaf. The highest number of accidents occurred in July and August and the highest number of deaths occurred in October to December; Accidents occur frequently from 8∶ 00 to 16 ∶ 00, and serious accidents are more likely to occur from 22∶ 00 to 2∶ 00 and 10∶ 00 to 12∶ 00. Illegal operation and other unsafe behavior are the main causes of accidents. The purpose of statistical analysis of accident occurrence law is to provide reference for the safety production of coal enterprises and prevent coal mine accidents.
