摘要
针对晋能控股集团增子坊煤矿5102工作面733m处接近断层时遇到支护失效、巷道变形等问题,为确保施工安全,用补强支护方法,制定了锚固剂+锚杆+钢带+锚索联合支护等针对性方案。后期生产中顶板变形、下沉以及移近等情况减少,围岩单轴抗压强度提高了2倍,锚杆失效率降低了7%,锚索受力增大了15%,有效地增加工作面围岩的稳定性,顶板事故明显减少,保证矿井安全生产。

Abstract
In view of issues such as support failure, roadway deformation and so on encountered near the fault at 733 m of the 5102 working face of Zengzifang Coal Mine, Jinneng Group. To ensure construction safety, targeted schemes such as anchor agent+anchor rod+steel belt+anchor cable combined support are developed using reinforcement support methods. In the later production, the deformation, sinking, movement and other situations of the roof are reduced, the uniaxial compressive strength of the surrounding rock is increased by 2 times, the failure rate of the anchor rod is reduced by 7%, and the force on the anchor cable is increased by 15%, which effectively increases the stability of the surrounding rock in the working face, significantly reduces roof accidents, and ensures the safe production of the mine.
