坚硬顶板磨砂射流轴向切顶初次放顶应用研究

    为了实现坚硬顶板的初次放顶,宽沟煤矿通过开展现场工业性试验确定磨砂射流割缝、压裂关键技术参数,设计并开展了扩面磨砂射流轴向切顶初次放顶工程,利用水压仪、钻孔窥视和出水现场观测等方法进行实施过程监控,利用微震监测、支架压力监测、煤体应力监测和顶板垮冒观测等方法进行回采过程的效果检验。研究结果表明,通过控制割缝压裂的作用压力、作用时间、用砂量等主要技术参数,完成了割缝半径200mm、割缝长度300mm的裂缝,压裂半径5m和10m的工业性试验;扩面初放实施结果验证了整个扩面顶板缝网导通,表明了该技术工程实施过程的有效性、可靠性;扩面后回采过程效果检验分析表明,采用磨砂射流轴向切顶进行顶板初次放顶同期垮冒情况基本达到了传统爆破初放切顶的效果,顶板对工作面煤壁的作用得到明显改善,工程实施过程使煤体发生2.9MPa的应力降,扩面回采期间,煤体应力集中程度得到显著改善,煤体应力未再形成应力集中,起到了良好的卸压效果。
  • Abstract
    In order to adopt the new technology of abrasive jet axial clipping to complete the initial roof caving of the hard roof with expanded surface, the industrial field test was carried out in Kuangou Coal Mine to determine the key technical parameters of abrasive jet slotting and fracturing, and the initial roof caving project of abrasive jet axial clipping was designed and carried out. The implementation process was monitored by means of hydrometer, drilling peeping and on-site observation of water outlet. The effect of mining process is tested by microseismic monitoring, support pressure monitoring, coal body stress monitoring and roof caving observation. The results show that, by controlling the main technical parameters such as pressure, time and sand amount, the industrial test of fracture radius of 200mm and length of 300 mm has been completed, and the fracture radius of 5 m and 10 m has been completed. The results of the initial implementation of surface expansion verify the roof joint network of the whole surface expansion, which indicates the effectiveness and reliability of the implementation process of the technology. The test and analysis of the effect of stoping process after surface expansion show that the caving situation of the first roof caving with the axial cutting of the frosted jet basically achieves the effect of the traditional blasting at the same time, the effect of the roof on the coal wall of the working face is significantly improved, the stress drop of 2. 9 MPa occurs in the coal body during the engineering implementation process, and the stress concentration degree of the coal body is significantly improved during the surface expansion stoping. The stress of coal body does not form stress concentration, which plays a good pressure relief effect.
