    随着能源互联网建设的推进,对电源侧自动化和智能化要求不断提高。燃煤系统作为火力发电的燃料供给单元,伴随着新一代信息技术与传统产业的深度融合,其智能化建设成为各发电企业智能化建设中的重要推进工作。介绍集团级平台整体架构,从硬件设备组成及数据接入概括系统部署,再从构建燃煤信息全面感知及采集体系、通信协议转换、边缘数据自动处理、智能燃煤控制系统等方面阐述企业级智能燃煤平台管理,介绍区域级应用平台及云端核心仿真数据库,并从云端故障诊断分析、设备状态分析模型优化、锅炉机组经济运行指导、燃煤成本管控优化等方面剖析集团级火电智能燃煤管控平台的综合管理多级应用。通过集团级火电智能燃煤管控的多级应用体系构建,将应用物联网、大数据、人工智能、机器人等新一代信息技术与燃煤系统进行深度融合,基于云平台建设专家知识库,实现燃煤采购调度、设备故障诊断、管理分析决策的智能化运行。在保障燃煤机组运行安全、环保达标的基础上,实现集团公司信息的实时共享,有效提升电厂燃料管理质量,推动集团公司火电板块持续降本增效,使综合成本最优,从而全面建成以厂级燃煤全生命周期为技术基础的综合服务体系,进而实现集团燃煤集约化管控。
  • Abstract
    With the advancement of energy internet construction, the requirements for power side automation and in⁃telligence are constantly increasing. At present, the new generation of information technology can be deeply integrat⁃ed with traditional industries. The coal⁃fired system provides fuel for thermal power plants, its intelligent constructionhas become an important promotion work in the intelligent construction of power plants. This article introduced the o⁃verall architecture of the group level platform, and summarized system deployment from the composition of device anddata access. From aspects such as building a comprehensive perception of coal information and collection system,conversion of communication protocols, automatic processing of edge data, intelligent coal⁃fired control system etc.,the management of intelligent coal⁃fired platforms on enterprise level were demonstrated. The regional level platformsand the core simulation database in the cloud were introduced, comprehensive management and multi⁃level applica⁃tion of the group level thermal power intelligent coal control platform were analyzed from the aspects of cloud fault di⁃agnosis analysis, equipment status analysis model optimization, boiler unit economic operation guidance, and coalcost control optimization. Through the construction of a multi⁃level application system for intelligent coal⁃fired plat⁃forms in group level, the new generation information technologies such as the Internet of Things, big data, artificialintelligence, and robots with coal⁃fired systems were deeply integrated. Building an expert knowledge base based oncloud platforms, the intelligent operation of coal procurement scheduling, equipment fault diagnosis, management a⁃nalysis and decision⁃making can be realized. On the basis of ensuring the safe operation and environmental compli⁃ance of coal⁃fired power units, real time sharing of group company information can be realized. Effectively improvingthe quality of fuel management in power plants, promoting the continuous cost reduction and efficiency increase of thethermal power sector of the group company are needed, so that the overall costs can be optimized, thus, a compre⁃hensive service system based on the entire lifecycle of coal⁃fired power at the factory level will be fully established,and the group’ s intensive control of coal⁃fired power will be achieved.
