    大采高综合机械化放顶煤工作面安全高效回采是保障矿井生产接续的必要条件。针对磁窑沟矿放顶煤工作面初采悬顶面积大、回采阶段放煤效果不佳、推采过程中上窜下移等问题,以磁窑沟矿13号煤层13102工作面为研究对象,通过对切眼顶板进行水力压裂、优化推采过程中放煤工艺、加强特殊区域上窜下移管控等措施,实现了放顶煤工作面悬顶、顶煤及时均匀垮落、头尾安全出口畅通,为后期接续工作面安全高效回采提供了重要参考依据。
  • Abstract
    The safe and efficient mining of large mining height comprehensive mechanized top coal caving working face is a necessary condition for ensuring the continuity of mine production. Aiming at the problems of large suspended roof area in the initial mining of the top coal caving working face, poor coal caving effect in the mining stage, and move up and down during the pushing mining process in Ciyaogou Mine, the 13102 working face of the No.13 coal seam in Ciyaogou Mine is taken as the research object. Through measures such as hydraulic fracturing of the hole cutting roof, optimization of coal caving process during the pushing mining period, and strengthening of control and mangement on moving up and down in special areas, etc. It achieves the timely and uniform subsidence of the suspended roof and top coal in the top coal caving working face, and unobstructed safety exits at the head and tail, providing an important reference basis for the safe and efficient mining of the follow-up working face in the later stage.
