    为实现工作面的安全生产,需要及时对工作面的煤与瓦斯突出进行预警。结合生产需求,对瓦斯预警系统进行总体设计与开发,并在寺河煤矿西井区对该瓦斯灾害预警系统进行现场应用效果考察,分别从煤矿瓦斯、地质构造、煤层赋存、通风和管理5个方面对生产过程中产生的瓦斯预警结果进行详细分析。结果表明,瓦斯突出预警系统实现了矿井瓦斯地质信息的数字化管理,瓦斯涌出的实时监测,智能分析以及瓦斯突出、超限预警平台的综合管理,及时发布预警信息。瓦斯灾害预警平台能够准确并超前预警,达到集团与煤矿两级管理,为工作面的安全生产提供保障。
  • Abstract
    In order to realize the safe production and timely early warning of coal and gas outburst on the working face, combining the production requirement, an integrated design and development of gas early warning system is carried out, and thefield application effect of the gas disaster early warning system in the west well of Sihe Coal Mine is investigated. The earlywarning effect during the production process is analyzed from five aspects of coal mine gas, geological structure, coal seamoccurrence, ventilation and management. The results show that the gas disaster early warning platform can perform accuratelyand early warning, realize the digital management of mine gas geological information, real-time monitoring of gas emission,intelligent analysis and comprehensive management of gas outburst and overrun early warning platform, timely release earlywarning information, achieve the two-level management of the group and the mine, and provide guarantee for the safe production of the working face.
