    为实现黄陵二号煤矿自动化精准开采,研究分析了工作面多源地质信息透明化技术、大数据分析智能决策平台、综采设备空间导航定位及精准控制。其中,信息透明化技术主要包括综合地质勘探及动态解释、三维可视化动态建模等部分;大数据分析智能决策平台主要包括开采工艺大数据决策、预警等部分;综采设备空间导航定位及精准控制方法主要包括导航定位技术大数据决策精准控制等部分。采用该技术后实现了工作面内多源地质信息的透明化,包括瓦斯赋存条件的可视化,确保了规划截割开采方式的常态化稳定运行,解决了大采高工作面找直和上窜下滑问题,达到对大采高开采装备的智能精准控制,实现智能安全高效开采。
  • Abstract
    In order to realize the automatic and precision mining of Huangling No. 2 Coal Mine, the multi-source geologicalinformation transparency technology of the working face, the intelligent decision-making platform of big data analysis, and thespatial navigation and positioning and precision control of comprehensively mechanized mining equipment are studied andanalyzed. The information transparency technology mainly includes comprehensive geological exploration and dynamic interpretation, three-dimensional visualization and dynamic modeling. The big data analysis intelligent decision-making platformmainly includes mining process big data decision-making and early warning. The spatial navigation positioning and precisioncontrol methods of comprehensively mechanized mining equipment mainly include navigation and positioning technology, bigdata decision-making, precision control and other parts. The technology is adopted to realize the transparency of multi-sourcegeological information within the working surface, including visualization of gas occurrence conditions, ensure the normal andstable operation of the planned interception mining method, solve the problem of straightening and sliding up and down ofthe working surface with large mining height, achieve the intelligent and precision control of mining equipment for large mining height, and realize intelligent, safe and efficient mining.
