近年来,国家提出要在新一代数字科技的支撑和引领下,以数据为关键要素,以价值释放为核心,以数据赋能为主线,赋能传统产业转型升级。本文阐述了陕煤运销集团加快数字化、智能化发展,针对煤炭运输销售过程存在的问题,创新煤炭运销服务模式,在旗下榆林销售公司试点建设“智慧零售”项目,建设统一平台,延伸价值服务链条,打破数据孤岛,提质降本增效的做法、成效,为行业提供了数字化、智慧化煤炭运输销售可借鉴的经验。

Abstract
China has in recent years proposed to empower the transformation and upgrading of traditional industries with dataas the key factor, value release as the core, and data endowment as the main line, which is supported and led by the newgeneration of digital technology. This article elaborates on the acceleration of digital and intelligent development for ShaanxiCoal Transportation and Sales Group, and addresses the existing problems in the coal transportation and sales process. Innovative coal transportation and sales service models have been established. The “ Smart Retail” project has been piloted inYulin Sales Company, a unified platform has been built, the value service chain has been extended, and data island has beenbroken. The aforementioned methods and effects of improving quality, reducing costs, and increasing efficiency have providedreferential experience for the industry in digital and intelligent coal transportation and sales.
