摘要
随着煤炭资源需求量的不断增加,单一煤层资源急剧减少,多煤层开采越来越普遍。较单一煤层不同,多煤层开采导致的巷道围岩变形更严重、规律更复杂。为研究多煤层开采下大巷围岩的变形规律及控制技术,以山西省沙曲一号矿为工程背景,运用FLAC3D软件从围岩结构及岩石力学性质的角度分析了多煤层开采下大巷底鼓量变形规律,根据其变形规律设计支护方案,并对3种支护方案进行了优选,得出最优的底板支护方案,大巷两侧底角开槽泄压,现场监测效果证实了该设计方案的可行性。

Abstract
With the increasing demand of coal resources, single coal seam resources decrease sharply, and multi-coal seam mining becomes more and more common. Different from single coal seam, the deformation of roadway surrounding rock caused by multi-coal seam mining is more serious and the law is more complicated. In order to study the deformation law and control technology of the surrounding rock of the main roadway under multi-coal seam mining, with Shaqu No.1 Mine in Shanxi as the engineering background, FLAC3D software was applied to analyze the deformation law of the main roadway under multi-coal seam mining from the perspective of the surrounding rock structure and rock mechanical properties, and the support scheme was designed according to the deformation law, and the three support schemes were optimized. The optimal support scheme of floor was obtained, and the pressure relief was made by grooving at the bottom corner of both sides of the main roadway. The feasibility of the design scheme was confirmed by the field monitoring results.
