摘要
针对余吾煤业现用通风系统存在的通风基础参数测算精准度低、手动配风误差大且耗时长及灾变时风流难以调控等问题,采用现场测试与软件开发等方法,对该矿智能化通风系统构建与关键技术进行了研究,确定了特定条件下矿井智能通风系统总体构架,实现了风门、风窗、局部通风机等通风设施远程监控和智能调节,设计了以矿井风量远程定量调控子系统风量调控、通风灾变风门风流调控与局部通风机智能控制子系统为主的总体方案,阐明了通风监测数据智能管控、地面主通风机智能控制、三维矿井通风智能分析决策平台构建及通风系统全局优化改造方法等关键技术。研究结果可实现矿井通风系统安全可靠与经济合理运行,为类似条件矿山智能通风系统建设提供指导与借鉴。

Abstract
Aiming at the problems of low accuracy in calculating ventilation basic parameters, manual air distribution has large errors and takes a long time, and difficulty in regulating and controlling air flow during cataclysms in the current ventilation system of Yuwu Coal Industry, on-site testing and software development methods are used to study the construction and key technologies of the intelligent ventilation system in this mine. The overall architecture of the intelligent ventilation system in the mine under specific conditions is determined, remote monitoring and intelligent adjustment of ventilation facilities such as air doors, air windows, local ventilation fans and so on are realized, an overall scheme mainly with mine air volume remote quantitative regulating and controlling subsystem air regulating and controlling, ventilation cataclysms air doors air flow regulation and control, and intelligent control subsystem for local ventilation fans is designed. Key technologies such as intelligent management and control of ventilation monitoring data, intelligent control of ground main ventilation fans, construction of a three-dimensional mine ventilation intelligent analysis and decision making platform, methods for global optimization and transformation of ventilation systems and others are elucidated. The research results can achieve safe, reliable, and economically reasonable operation of mine ventilation systems, providing guidance and reference for the construction of intelligent ventilation systems in mines under similar conditions.
