  • 摘要
    针对煤矿井下带式输送机煤流检测手段缺乏、煤流检测装备造价高的问题,从关键技术、采用3D激光扫描仪试验案例、煤流管控系统设计三方面论述煤流检测技术。采用3D激光扫描技术,通过激光束在扫描物体表面时产生反射光信号,利用探测器接收该信号,对采集到的光学信号进行数字化处理,运用软件构建物体三维空间信息,完成三维模型重建,计算得到单位体积值,结合带式输送机速度采集信号值,计算得到单位时间输送带运煤量值,将最后计算结果运用到目标运煤带式输送机的速度调节,从而实现煤流的均衡运输,减少带式输送机空载、轻载运行损失及设备机械磨损,进而实现节能降耗、安全、高效智能运行的目的。
  • Abstract
    In view of the problems such as the lack of coal flow detection ways for underground belt conveyor and the high cost of coal flow detection equipment, this paper discusses coal flow detection technology from three aspects: key technologies, experimental cases using 3D laser scanners, and systems design of coal flow management and control. Using 3D laser scanning technology, a reflected light signal is generated by scanning the surface of an object with a laser beam, this signal is received by the detector, and the collected optical signal is digitally processed. The software is used to construct the three-dimensional spatial information of the object, complete the reconstruction of the three-dimensional model, calculate the unit volume value, and combine it with the signal value collected by the belt conveyor speed to calculate the unit time coal transportation value of the belt conveyor, apply the final calculation results to the speed adjustment of the target coal conveyor belt , in order to achieve balanced coal flow transportation, reduce the operation loss of no-load and light load of the belt conveyor, and equipment mechanical wear, thereby achieving the goal of energy conservation, consumption reduction, safety, efficient and intelligent operation.
