Research on application of coal picking robot in Hanju Coal Industry

为解决韩咀煤业部分块煤无法回收的问题,运用智能AI视觉识别及工业机器人技术,研制并应用了智能机器人拣煤系统。论述了拣煤机器人系统在韩咀煤业遇到的技术难点及解决办法。结果表明,拣煤机器人应用可有效解决矸石表面煤泥多、水渍反光、流量大等问题,实现自动布料、智能判断、动态拣取、自动称重、无人值守,对矸石中存在的块煤进行分拣回收,用机器人代替人工手选作业,避免了人工操作的安全隐患,经济和社会效益显著。
To solve the problem of some lump coal being unable to be recycled in Hanju Coal Industry, an intelligent robot coal picking system was developed and applied using intelligent AI visual recognition and industrial robot technology. This article discussed the technical difficulties and solutions encountered by the coal picking robot system in Hanju Coal Industry. The results show that the application of coal picking robots can effectively solve problems such as excessive coal sludge on the surface of gangue, water reflection, and large flow rate. It realizes automatic fabric distribution, intelligent judgment, dynamic picking, automatic weighing,and unmanned operation. It can sort and recover the lump coal in the gangue, replace manual operation with robots, greatly reducing safety hazards of manual operation, and has good economic and social benefits.
