阐述了浮选智能加药系统在全顺达选煤厂的应用,通过AI在线矿浆灰分仪、多普勒矿浆浓度计、药剂自动乳化器等关键仪器和仪表进行精密检测,合理优化工艺并结合各控制对象建立Fuzzy+PID的控制系统,实现浮选加药的闭环精确智能控制,可节省浮选药剂用量,同时替代了传统的人工加药方式,节省人力物力,达到减员增效的目的。
This paper describes the application of flotation intelligent dosing system in Quanshunda coal preparation plant, through AI online pulp ash separator, Doppler pulp concentration meter, pharmaceutical automatic emulsifier and other key instruments and instruments for precision detection, reasonable optimization of the process and combined with each control object to establish Fuzzy+ PID control system, to achieve closed-loop precise and intelligent control of flotation dosing. It can save the amount of flotation agents, and replace the traditional manual dosing method, which can save manpower and material resources and achieve the purpose of reducing staff and increasing efficiency.
