    针对义城煤业煤仓堵仓,在煤仓设计时就考虑堵仓问题,通过将煤仓设计为2个放煤口和2个给煤机的方法,从煤仓内部分煤器将煤炭分别从2个放煤口放出,当其中一个放煤口堵塞,打开另一个给煤机进行放煤,可使堵塞的放煤口自然疏通,操作简单。矿井新煤仓施工完毕后使用效果良好,从源头上解决了单放煤口煤仓堵仓后需要放炮疏通的问题。
  • Abstract
    Aiming at the bunker blockage in the coal bunker of Yicheng Coal Industry, the problem of bunker blockage is considered in the design of the coal bunker. By designing the coal bunker as two coal discharge ports and two coal feeders, coal is discharged from two coal discharge ports of coal separator inner the coal bunker separately. When one of the coal discharge ports is blocked, the other coal feeder is opened for coal discharge, which can naturally clear the blocked coal discharge port and the operation is simple, and the new coal bunker in the mine is well used after construction, solves the problem of bunker blockage in the coal bunker at the single coal discharge port from the source, which requires blasting to clear the blockage.
