The intelligentization of coal mines is the core technical support for the high-quality development of coal enterprises. Under thebackground of intelligent construction, digital intelligence empowers traditional industries, and the control mode of large coal enterprisesneeds to be deeply transformed. Taking Shandong Energy Group Co. , Ltd. as an example, this article introduces the exploration andpractice of regional integration, business collaboration, top-level design, demonstration and leadership, and reflects on the continuousinnovation and improvement of enterprise control mode in the next step.
