摘要
煤矿智能化生产管理体系可将物联网技术赋能于煤炭开发利用的各个环节,继而实现安全、高效、高质量生产的目标。针对智能化煤矿在生产经营管理方面存在的问题,基于矿鸿物联系统、新一代工业承载网、工业互联网平台及综合管控平台,构建层次分明的智能化煤矿生产经营管理体系。基于统一架构、统一标准的设计理念,构建基于数据驱动的煤矿工业互联网平台,打通OT、IT、CT系统间的信息壁垒,形成了智能化煤矿数字底座;将传统开采工艺流程进行标准化、平台化设计,开发了煤矿智能作业辅助系统,提升了作业效率与安全生产水平。通过开展3D-GIS统一调度中心、全场景数字孪生底座、设备模型库与算法库、采掘机运通智能化系统、智能洗选系统建设,实现基于煤矿综合管控平台的统一集成、展示与管理,提高了安全生产水平,降低建设与生产成本,大幅提升生产管理运营的效益。

Abstract
The intelligent production management system of coal mines can empower Internet of Things technology in various aspects ofcoal development and utilization, thereby achieving the goal of safe, efficient, and high - quality production. In view of the problemsexisting in the production and operation management of intelligent coal mine, a hierarchical intelligent coal mine production and operationmanagement system is constructed based on the Mineral-hung IOT system, the new generation of industrial carrier network, the industrialInternet platform and the comprehensive management and control platform. Based on the design concept of unified architecture and unifiedstandards, a data-driven coal mine industry Internet platform is built, which breaks through the information barriers between OT, IT andCT systems and forms an intelligent coal mine digital base. The traditional mining process is standardized and platform designed, and theintelligent operation auxiliary system of coal mine is developed, which improves the operation efficiency and safety production level.Through the construction of 3D-GIS unified dispatching center, all-scene digital twin base, equipment model library and calculationlibrary, mining machine transportation intelligent system, intelligent washing system, unified integration, display and management basedon coal mine comprehensive management and control platform has been realized, which has improved production safety level, reducedconstruction and production costs, and greatly improved production management and operation efficiency.
