摘要
煤层瓦斯含量是矿井瓦斯灾害防治和瓦斯资源开发利用的重要参数。针对井下直接法测定瓦斯含量存在的混样严重、损失瓦斯量大等问题,研制了一种新型“封-开-封”型密封取样装置,取样前、取样时和取样后装置前端分别处于密闭、打开和密封状态,密封后取样筒耐压不低于1MPa。现场试验表明,密封取样装置能够取到碎屑状煤样,最大取样深度70m。与传统钻屑取样相比,密封取样瓦斯含量测值高,损失瓦斯量占比小、实测瓦斯解吸量大,瓦斯含量测定准确性更高。密封取样装置为瓦斯含量直接测定实现深孔定点取样、减少取样过程暴露时间提供了一种新思路。

Abstract
Coal seam gas content is an important parameter for the prevention and control of gas disasters in mines and the development and utilization of gas resources. In order to solve the problems of serious sample mixing and large loss of gas content in underground direct method, a new type of "seal-open-seal" type sealed sampling device was developed, which is in the closed, open and sealed state before, during and after sampling, and the pressure resistance of sampling cylinder is not less than 1MPa after sealing, and the field test shows that the sealed sampling device is able to take crumbly coal samples to a maximum sampling depth of 70m. Field tests have shown that the sealed sampling device is capable of sampling crumbly coal samples up to a maximum sampling depth of 70 m. Compared with traditional drilling chip sampling, sealed sampling is more accurate in determining the gas content with high values, small loss of gas, and large desorption of actual gas. The sealed sampling device provides a new idea for the direct determination of gas content to realize deep hole sampling and reduce the exposure time of the sampling process.
