摘要
深部开采是矿产资源开采的必然趋势,提升深部资源开采能力是我国实现“向地球深部要资源”的关键所在,“十三五”国家重点研发计划“深地资源勘查开采”重点专项的设立是解决我国深部资源勘查开采领域技术瓶颈问题的重要举措。简述了深部资源开采亟需重点攻克的瓶颈问题,梳理了“深地资源勘查开采”重点专项在深部岩体力学基础理论、深部建井与提升、深部开采、深部灾害防控等方面的重点任务布局和创新成效,并就后续攻关重点方向进行了展望。此外,就相关重点研发计划项目的管理成效与经验进行了总结,全方位呈现了国家重点研发计划视角下深部资源开采创新成效,同时在项目布局与支持模式等方面提出了建议。

Abstract
Deep mining is the inevitable trend of mineral resources exploitation, and enhancing the abili-ty to exploit deep resources is the key to realizing the “deep earth for resources” in China. In the 13thFive-Year Plan, a key special project of the National Key Research and Development Plan called “DeepEarth Resource Exploration and Exploitation” is an important measure to solve the bottleneck in the fieldof deep resource exploration and exploitation in China. The challenges tackled in deep resource explora-tion is discussed, and layout and innovative effectiveness of “Deep Earth Resource Exploration and Ex-ploitation” are in the areas of basic theory of deep rock mechanics, deep well construction and lifting,deep mining, deep disaster prevention and control, and subsequent key research is proposed. Inaddition, it summarizes the management effectiveness and experience of the related key research and de-velopment program, and the innovation effectiveness of deep resource exploitation are from the perspec-tive of National Key Research and Development Program of China in an all-round way, and at the sametime put forward suggestions in terms of project layout and support mode.
