    翟镇煤矿11503工作面为15层东翼首采智能化工作面,推进过程中工作面揭露F19断层(123°∠70°,H=15m),运输巷揭露F16断层(136°∠70°,H=1.8~2.8m),存在现场断层落差大、运输巷顶板破碎、重型设备防滑难度大、人员安全站位风险高等一系列问题。通过理论研究、现场试验、方案优化等方法,制定合理的挑顶方案、炮眼优化方案和运输巷注浆方案以及大型重装设备防滑技术等,实现了工作面与运输巷顶板的稳定及安全高效推采过断层,打眼施工效率提高40%,正规循环提高100%,推进速度保证在1.2m/d,解决了重型设备防滑及电液控设备防护的技术难题。
  • Abstract
    The 11503 working face of Zhaizhen Coal Mine is the first intelligent mining working face on the east wing of the 15th floor. During the promotion process, the F19 fault (123° ∠ 70°, H=15 m) is exposed on the working face, and the F16 fault (136° ∠ 70°, H=1.8~2.8 m) is exposed on the transportation roadway. There are a series of problems such as large on-site fault drop, broken transportation roadway roof, large difficulty in anti-skid of heavy equipment, high risk of personnel safety positioning and others. Through methods of theoretical research, on-site experiments, scheme optimization and so on, reasonable roof lifting schemes, blast hole optimization schemes, transportation roadway grouting schemes, and large-scale heavy equipment anti-skid technologies, etc, are developed to achieve stable and safe efficient pushing of the working face and transportation roadway roof through the fault. The drilling construction efficiency is improved by 40%, the regular circulation is increased by 100%, and the propulsion speed is guaranteed at 1.2 m/d, solving the difficult technical problems of anti-skid and electro-hydraulic control equipment protection for heavy equipment.
