摘要
应急态势下大学生的心理健康受到了广泛关注,但他们的成就动机和学业自我效能感的现状及其关系还少有研究。为获取第一手资料,本研究于2023年3-5月采用随机抽样法对河北某高校819名大学生进行调查。结果显示,应急态势下大学生的成就动机和学业自我效能感处于中等略偏上水平,两者关系密切;男生的成就动机和学业自我效能感显著高于女生,理工科学生的成就动机显著高于文科学生,大三学生的成就动机显著高于其他三个年级的学生,其中大一学生的成就动机水平最低。因此,家长、学校需要多注重培养女生、文科生及大一学生的成就动机,提升女生的学业自我效能感,以促进他们心理素质的发展。

Abstract
The mental health of undergraduate has received extensive attention under the emergency situation,but there have done few researches on the status quo of their achievement motivation and academic self-efficacy and the correlation of them .In order to obtain the firsthand information of them, 819 college students froman university in Hebei Province were investigated by random-sampling from March to May 2023.Researchshows that under the emergency situation, the achievement motivation and the academic self - efficacy ofcollege students are at a moderate to high level, and they are closely related.Boys’ achievement motivationand academic self-efficacy are significantly higher than those of girls; the achievement motivation of sciencestudents are significantly higher than those of arts students; junior students’achievement motivation are significantly higher than those of undergraduates in other grades, and the achievement motivation of first - yearstudents are the lowest.So, parents and schools need to pay more attention to the cultivation of achievementmotivation for girls, humanities students, and freshmen, enhance girls' academic self-efficacy, and then theirpsychological qualities can be promoted healthily.
