Research and application of BT625 heavy duty crushing tooth upgrade

针对BT625型双齿辊破碎设备的破碎齿结构进行了优化改进,采用自锁式设计和表面强化技术,显著提升了破碎效率和耐磨性。现场应用表明,改进后的设备出料粒度符合要求,破碎效率达94.3%,细粒度物料增加8.8%。破碎齿成型后应用TBM型强化技术,显著提高了破碎齿的耐磨性,其使用寿命提高了近1倍,设备维护成本降低50%以上,减少了现场操作工人劳动强度,提升了生产系统的连续性,取得了显著的经济效益。
The crushing teeth structure of the BT625 double-tooth roller crusher was optimized and improved by adopting a self- locking design and surface strengthening technology, significantly enhancing crushing efficiency and wear resistance. The results of on -site use show that the improved crusher meets the requirements of the discharge size, with a crushing efficiency of 94. 3%, and an increase of fine materials by 8. 8% . The application of TBM - type reinforcement technology after the crushing teeth are shaped significantly improves the wear resistance of the crushing teeth, and its service life is increased by nearly one time, the maintenance cost of the equipment is reduced by more than 50%, reducing the labor intensity for on-site operators and enhancing the continuity of the production system, leading to notable economic benefits.
