Application of vibrating screen condition monitoring system in Licun Coal Preparation Plant

针对振动筛状态监测不准确、存在入料偏、入料不均等问题,提出了一种基于传感器监测与人工辅助的振动筛状态优化与改造方案。通过引入先进的传感器技术,结合传统的人工经验判断,实现了对振动筛状态的实时监测和精准评估;应用实践表明,该改造方案显著提高了振动筛运行状态的监测准确度,有效减少了突发性设备故障的发生,降低了工人的劳动强度,改善了现场工作环境,为类似工业场景下的设备状态管理提供了参考。
Licun Coal Preparation Plant conducted an analysis and research aiming at issues such as inaccurate monitoring of the vibrating screen ' s status, difficulty in maintaining optimal working conditions, and disorganized inspection and maintenance work. Based on this, a state optimization and transformation plan for vibrating screens was proposed, which utilizes a combination of sensor monitoring and human assistance. By introducing advanced sensor technology and integrating it with traditional human experience - based judgments, real - time monitoring and precise evaluation of the vibrating screen ' s status have been achieved. Experimental analysis and field application verification have shown that this transformation plan significantly improves the monitoring accuracy of the vibrating screen ' s operating status, making inspection and maintenance work more scientific and reasonable. It effectively reduces the occurrence of sudden equipment failures, thereby reducing the labor intensity of workers and improving the on-site working environment. This study not only provides new ideas and methods for the monitoring and control of vibrating screens in coal preparation plants, but also serves as a valuable reference for equipment status management.
