Optimizing transformation and application of coarse slime separation system in Shuguang Coal Preparation Plant

针对TBS分选溢流中夹带未分选的高灰细泥,导致精煤被污染及弧形筛筛上“窜水”筛下“跑粗”等问题,曙光煤矿选煤厂采用分级效率更高的叠层高频振动细筛替换原弧形筛进行粗精煤泥脱泥,有效降低了粗精煤泥的灰分;介绍了改造所需设备及工艺流程。
