    陷落柱的存在给煤矿生产造成极大困扰,为研究煤层及其包裹的陷落柱石灰岩的预破碎爆破,用LS-DYNA软件对软硬岩交界处的裂纹扩展情况进行数值模拟分析。数值计算结果表明,爆炸应力波在软硬岩交界面处发生Hopkinson效应,促使炮孔和界面处裂纹生长。当孔距为特定长度时,既能充分利用炸药能量,又可得到良好的预破碎致裂效果。
  • Abstract
    The existence of collapsed columns has caused great troubles to coal mine production. In order to study the pre-breaking blasting of coal seams and the surrounding collapsed columns limestone, LS-DYNA software is used to conduct numerical simulation analysis of the crack propagation at the interface between soft and hard rocks. Numerical calculation results show that the explosion stress wave generates the Hopkinson effect at the interface of soft and hard rock, promoting the growth of cracks at the blast hole and interface. When the hole spacing is a specific length, the explosive energy can be fully utilized, and, good pre-breaking and cracking effects can be obtained.
