Key technology and development trend of prevention and control of coal dust explosion disaster

煤尘爆炸是煤矿井下热动力灾害的主要模式之一,并与井下赋存的瓦斯耦合形成复合灾害。目前煤尘爆炸灾害防控主要包括被动式隔爆技术、主动式抑隔爆技术等。在煤矿智能化建设的背景下,传统的被动式隔爆水棚的应用条件受限,不能完全满足灾害精准、有效、智能防控的需求;机械式隔爆技术、主动式抑隔爆技术、爆炸区域联控技术具有较好的推广应用前景。在此基础上,考虑到煤矿井下的复杂环境及煤尘爆炸传播的致灾过程,分析了抑隔爆装置区域联控技术要求、爆炸信息的准确感知及阈值综合判定、爆炸传播能量与抑爆剂用量之间的关系、机械式隔爆装置应用规范等技术瓶颈问题,为进一步提升爆炸防控技术装备的适用性、可靠性提供了研究思路。
Coal dust explosion is one of the main modes of thermal power disaster in underground coal mine, and it is coupled with gas buildup in the roadway to form compound disaster. At present, the prevention and control of coal dust explosion disaster mainly includes passive explosion suppression technology and active explosion suppression technology. Under the background of intelligent construction in coal mines, the application conditions of traditional passive explosion suppression water sheds are limited, which cannot fully meet the needs of accurate, effective and intelligent disaster prevention and control. Mechanical explosion suppression technology, active explosion suppression technology and explosion area joint control technology have good prospects for promotion and application. On this basis, considering the complex environment of underground coal mine and the disaster-causing process of coal dust explosion propagation, the technical bottleneck problems including regional joint control technical requirements of explosion suppression devices, accurate perception of explosion information and comprehensive judgment of threshold value, the relationship between explosion propagation energy and the dosage of explosion suppressive agent, and application specifications of mechanical explosion suppression devices are analyzed in a summarized manner, which providing further research ideas for improving the applicability and reliability of technical equipment for explosion prevention and control.
