    基于振动流化床的分选特性,本文采用200 mm×400 mm振动流化床装置,在不使用任何加重质条件下分选细粒煤(1~3 mm)。详细阐述了振动流化床的系统结构和分选过程。在3种不同床高情况下,利用Design-Expert试验设计手段详细研究了振幅、振动频率、膨胀度以及多因素协同作用对分选效果的影响,揭示各因素与评价指标之间的内在规律。试验结果表明:振动流化床可以排除高灰矸石,得到低灰精煤,精煤灰分为10.77%,相比原煤灰分34.57%降低23.80%左右,矸石层灰分达到54.00%以上,有效实现对细粒煤的分选,达到降灰提质的要求。
  • Abstract
    Based on the separation characteristics of a vibration fluidized bed,any medium was not used by drying cleaning of fine coal (1-3 mm)in a ϕ200 mm×400 mm vibration fluidized bed in this study. This paper elaborated the separation procedure and system structure of the vibrated fluidized bed. With three different bed heights,the study adopted the experimental installations of Design-Expert and investigated the influence of amplitude,vibration frequen- cy,expansion ratio and multi-factor synergy on separation performance to reveal the inherent law between all factors and the evaluation indicators. According to the experimental results,the gangue of high ash can be removed by a vibra- ted fluidized bed and obtain clean coal whose ash content reaches 10. 77% and reduces by about 23. 80% compared with 34. 57% ash with raw coal and gangue ash reaches more than 54. 00% ,which can effectively separate fine coal meeting the demand of the ash reduction and quality improvement.
