    为了有效预防煤矿水害,针对煤矿探放水钻孔施工的需求,研制了一种高转速、长行程、适用于300 m孔深的ZDY3500T型探放水专用钻机。介绍了钻机的防水设计、给进装置、大角度变幅装置、卡瓦组件、大开口夹持器、动力泵组以及孔口安全装置。试验表明,该钻机技术方案先进,能满足多数煤矿对探放水钻孔施工的需求,为降低煤矿水害提供了一种可靠的设备支持。

  • Abstract
    In order to prevent water hazard effectively and meet the needs of dilling for water detection and drainage in coal mine, special ZDY3500 T drilling rig wi th high-speed and long stroke, suitable for drilling hole of 300 m deep is developed. The waterproof design, feeding device, substantially variable amplitude mechanism, slip assembly, large opening holder, power pumps and safety device of the wellhead, are introduced in the paper. Test shows that the ZDY3500 T rig can meet the need s of drilling drainage borehole in majority of coal mines due to its advanced technique solution and provides reliable equipment to reduce water hazard in coal mines.
