    为制备性能良好、价格低廉的水煤浆分散剂,以霍林河风化褐煤为原料,采用氢氧化钠抽提得到腐植酸钠溶液,对腐植酸钠溶液进行磺甲基化改性制备磺甲基化腐植酸系分散剂(LSHA分散剂)。通过正交试验确定了腐植酸钠溶液直接磺甲基化改性的最佳工艺条件,将此分散剂用于宝日褐煤成型尾料的成浆试验,并与市售萘系分散剂的成浆性能进行比较。结果表明,腐植酸钠溶液直接磺甲基化改性的最佳工艺条件为:亚硫酸钠用量为30%(质量分数,下同),甲醛用量为40%,反应温度为90℃,反应时间为150 min。采用LSHA分散剂制备的水煤浆最高成浆浓度为59.1%,在制浆浓度方面满足水煤浆气化的要求,虽比采用萘系分散剂制备的水煤浆低0.8%,但其稳定性优于萘系分散剂。
  • Abstract
    In order to get good performance and low cost dispersant of coal water slurry,taking Huolinhe weathered lignite as raw materials,sodium humate solution was obtained by extracting lignite with sodium hydroxide,the derived sodium humate solution was sulfomethylated to prepare LSHA dispersant. The optimum processing condition of direct sulfomethylation of sodium humate solution was determined by orthogonal method,The dispersant was used for the slurry performance test of the aft er-product of Baori lignite briquette ,and compared with the slurry performance of the commercially available naphthalene series dispersant. The results showed that the optimum conditions of the sulfomethylation were obtained as follows:the amount of Na_ 2SO_ 3 was 30%,the amount of HCHO was 40% ,the reaction temperature was 9 0°C,and the reaction time was 150 minutes.The maximum slurry concentration of coal water slurry prepared by LSHA dispersant was 59. 1% ,which was 0.8% lower than the water coal slurry prepared by naphthalene series ,satisfied the requirements of CWS gasification in terms of slurry concentration,and its stability was better than that of naphthalene series.
