重叠煤柱作用下综放采场围岩应力演化规律研究

    针对大同矿区石炭系特厚煤层工作面过上覆侏罗系煤柱时的强矿压显现现象,采用数值模拟和现场实测的方法,对上部重叠煤柱与采动耦合作用下的围岩应力演化规律进行研究。采用UDEC数值计算软件,对重叠煤柱作用下工作面的回采过程进行模拟,结果表明:工作面回采至侏罗系煤柱对应区域时,工作面超前支承压力峰值为32~37 MPa,较非煤柱区域提高了25%~33%;工作面的侧向支承压力与上部侏罗系井田边界煤柱应力相互叠加,工作面的侧向支承压力影响范围约为120 m,5105巷道围岩应力达到了27~32 MPa;邻空巷发生冲击性来压是邻近工作面侧向支承压力,本工作面超前支承压力和重叠煤柱应力传递的耦合作用的结果。利用顶板动态监测系统实时监测支架工作阻力,分析得到:工作面推进至侏罗系采空区对应区域,来压期间的支架工作阻力变大,支架增阻更为频繁,矿压显现强烈。
  • Abstract
    According to the high mine strata behavior phenomenon occurred when a coal miming face in a Carboniferous ultra thick seam passed through the Juras sic coal pillar in the top seam, a numerical simulation and site measuring method were applied to the study on the stress evolution law of the surrounding rock under th e role of the overlapping coal pillars and the mining coupling. The UDEC numerical calculation software was applied to the simulation on the mining process of the coal mining face under the role of the overlapping coal pillars. The results showed that when the coal mining face mined at the relevant area of the Jurassic coal pillars, the advance support pressure peak of the coal mining face was ranging from 32 ~ 37 MPa and was improved by 25% ~ 33% higher than the non coal pillar area. The lateral support pressure of the coal mining face and the coal pillar stress at the Jurassic minefield boundary were overlapped, the lateral support pressure influence scope of t he coal mining face was about 120 m and the surrounding rock stress of No.5105 gateway reached at27 ~ 32 MPa. A rock burst occurred in the abandoned roadway wa s a result of the coupling role with the advance support pressure and overlapping coal pillar stress transmission. A roof dynamic monitoring and measuring system was applied to the real-time monitoring and measuring of the powered support working resistances. The analysis showed that when the coal mining face pushed to the relev ant area of the Jurassic goaf, the powered support working resistance would be higher during the roof strata weighting period, the resistance of the powered support WO uld be frequently increased and the mine strata behavior would be serious.
