摘要
针对当前刮板输送机刮板链可靠性不高,导致故障频发降低综采工作面开机率,且缺乏通用的标准与方法指导可靠性工作实施等缺陷,基于全寿命周期理论和可靠性标准理念,综合分析当前刮板输送机刮板链标准建设存在的3个主要问题,归纳总结刮板输送机刮板链在研发设计、生产制造、运输贮存、使用维护4个寿命周期阶段的主要可靠性工作,制定相应的产品标准、试验标准以及方法标准等对4个寿命周期阶段的可靠性工作进行规范,构建了刮板输送机刮板链全寿命周期可靠性标准体系,对于刮板输送机刮板链可靠性的提升、避免故障的发生提供参考。

Abstract
Aimed at the current situation that the reliability was too low to lead to frequent problems reducing the boot rate of fully-mechanized coal mining face, an

ds were determined to regularize the reliability works. The reliability standard system on whole life cycle of scraper chain was constructed, which had a certain guiding
significance on the improvement of reliability and precaution of problems.
