摘要
为解决新疆准东高钠煤在燃烧利用时所引起的锅炉结渣与沾污等问题,采用CO2-水处理方法进行煤燃前脱钠,在煤液比为1∶20的混合液中,在保持一定的水浴温度和搅拌转速100 r/min的条件下,持续通入CO2,考察了煤样粒度、CO2通入时间和温度对脱钠效果的影响。结果表明:在CO2通入时间为24 h的常温常压CO2-水处理过程中,煤样粒径的减小有利于提升脱钠率,粒径为0.10.2 mm时,脱钠率达到86.1%,在常温常压下CO2通入6 h后可以脱除大量的水溶钠和部分有机钠,脱钠率达到83.1%,温度升到40℃时加剧了煤中水溶钠、醋酸铵溶钠、稀盐酸溶钠的脱除效果,脱钠率可达到88.3%,达到了燃烧锅炉对煤质的要求。
