    随着我国煤矿采掘装备、支护技术的改革以及中小煤矿的逐步退出,我国煤矿顶板管理形势得到了根本好转,顶板事故起数和死亡人数大幅下降,但顶板事故起数与死亡人数所占比例依然较大,顶板灾害防治形势依旧严峻。基于此,从支护装备、支护技术的改进及特殊复杂条件巷道的支护方式等方面分析了我国煤矿顶板管理现状。根据2000—2015年我国煤矿顶板事故的统计分析,得出了近年来煤矿顶板事故发生的总体分布情况与灾害特点,并对传统顶板事故和新型顶板事故原因进行了分析总结。最后结合当前煤矿客观实际和技术发展现状,提出了加强我国煤矿顶板管理的防治建议与对策,以期为煤矿监管部门及煤炭企业加强顶板管理提供借鉴。

  • Abstract
    With the reform of coal mining equipment and support technology and the gradual withdrawal of small and medium coal mines, the status of roof management of coal mines in China has been fundamentally improved. The number of roof accidents and deaths drop significantly, but the proportion is still large, and roof disaster prevention situation is still grim. Based 0n this, this paper analyzes the current situation of roof management in China based on the improvement of supporting equipment and support technology and support pattern of roadway with special and complicated conditions. Then, according to the statistic analysis of roof accidents in China from 2000 to 2015, the general distribution and disaster characteristics of roof accidents in recent years are obtained. And the causes of traditional roof accidents and new roof accidents are summarized. Finally, combined with the current objective reality of coal mine and the present technical development status, the paper puts forward the prevention and treatment suggestions and countermeasures of roof management in China which can provide reference for coal mine supervising departments and coal enterprises to strengthen roof management.
