摘要
为了解决深部破碎围岩动压巷道治理难题,运用UDEC数值计算软件,揭示了破碎围岩动压巷道的变形破坏机制,提出了相应的控制对策;结合现场实际,最终提出了基于锚索与注浆的支护加固方案,并进行了现场应用及效果监测。数值计算及监测结果表明:巷道围岩的变形破坏是渐进发展的,局部关键部位的破坏将导致围岩其他部位失稳,帮部的控制对巷道整体的稳定性起到了关键性作用,应为支护加固的重点;加固方案实施后,在工作面回采期间,支护体系受力状态良好,锚索受力处于较佳水平,巷道围岩变形明显减小,最大顶板下沉量和两帮收敛量分别为75 mm和309 mm,相比加固前分别减少了53.1%和68.5%,最大底鼓量为268 mm,减少了66.5%。基于锚索与注浆的支护加固技术可以保证巷道的长期稳定,保障企业安全生产。

Abstract
in order to soive the problem of govenance for dynamic pressurized tunel with crushed surounding rock,the deformation and faiure mechanism of thetunel was revealed by using numerical calculaion softwere of UDEC,and the conrol countermeasures were put forward. The supporting reinfocement scheme basedon anchor cable and grouting was put forward.then fied appication and effect monioring wereinplemened.Numeical caleulation and monioring resuitshowed thatthe deformation and fallre of tunel was a procss of gradual development.the falure oflocal key parts cause instability ofthe other paris of tunmel and the conrol fsides played a key role in the stability of tunme it should be the focus of supporing reinforcement. After the supporting reinforcement scheme wa implemenmed,theforce of suporting system wasin a good condion during the mining.cable force was at a beter lvel and the deformation of tunel ecreased obwiously.the maximum detormation of oof and sides was 75 mm and 309 mm. which decreased by 53.1% and 68.5%.nd the maximu deformation ofor was 28 m,which decreased by 665%.The supporting reinforcement technolagy based on anchor cable and grouting could guarane thelong-tern stabiliy of the tunmel.and couid ensure thesae podu:tion of the coal mine.
