    为明确煤矿采动稳定区地面井抽采技术内容,基于理论研究、类比分析与现场试验,深入分析了煤矿区地面井的类型及技术特点,指出采动稳定区煤层气地面井抽采技术更偏重于对煤层气资源的充分开发,该技术重点关注对产前煤层气资源量评估和破碎岩层钻完井工艺的研究与应用,其关键技术包括煤层气资源量评估、地面井结构优化设计、井位选择优化设计及钻完井工艺优化设计4个方面,应根据应用条件的不同具体分析,以保障煤层气开采效果。在山西晋城无烟煤矿业集团成庄煤矿的现场抽采试验表明:应用采动稳定区煤层气地面井抽采技术,地面井抽采气体积分数约40%,日均抽采纯量3 120 m~3,验证了采动稳定区地面井抽采技术的适用性。
  • Abstract
    in order to define the drainage technology content of surace well n the mining stable area ofcoal mine,based on a theoreical studyanalogous analysand site test.the surace well ype and techrcal features in the mine area were deeply analyzed.The paper pointed out that the drainage cech nogy of the coabed methane surtace well in the mining stable area would cutweigh the fill development of caled methane resouces.The technology would moreconcern the evaluaton on the coabed methane resource volume before the production conducted and the study and appication of friling and completron fechnicue in the broken strata. The key technology would include the coalbed nethane resource evaluation optimized des gn of the surface well structure, optinized design of the w el ocation selecion and theoptimized design of the drling and comletion technicue. Dilferent certain analysis should be conducted on the applicaion contions to protect the coalbed methanemining effect.The site drainage test in Chengzhuang Mine of Shanxi Jincheng Anthracite Mining Group showed that with the application of the coalbed methane surface drainage technology of the nining stable area.,the drainage gas volume fracion of the surtace well vas about 40%.the dally drained pure volume was 3 120 m-3 and te suitability of the surface well drainage technology in the mining stable area was approved.
