钻井中煤体结构特征与井壁稳定性分析研究

    为了研究煤体结构特征对煤层井壁稳定性的影响,基于GSI对煤体结构进行了量化,结合现场测井资料,通过主成分回归分析,建立了煤体结构空间展布的多元回归模型。根据Hoek-Brown强度理论,提出基于煤体结构GSI定量表征的煤层井壁稳定性空间评价新方法。以沁水盆地柿庄南区块钻井为例,计算了煤层井壁坍塌压力,结果表明:利用该方法获取的井壁坍塌压力与井径曲线的吻合度达75%,评价结果可靠;煤体结构越破碎,井壁坍塌压力越大,井壁稳定性越差;优势煤体结构是单井井壁稳定性的主控因素。
  • Abstract
    in order to study the cal stoucture features aifected to the stablity of the wll ore in seam,based on the GSl quantzed coal structure in combination with the sit logging information,with he regressive analysis on the principle compostion.the space ditoibuted mutiple egressions model of the coal structue was establshed.Acording to the Hoek-Brown strengh theory.based on the CSl uantiativ featues of the coal structure a new evaleation methodof the well all eailly in seam was proided. Eased on the rlling in Shihuang Suth Block of Qirshui Basin as a case,the pressure of the sean well ll olpsed was caculated.The resuits showed with the appliction of the method,the fiting between the well all cllapsed pressure and well diameter cure was 75 % and the evaluation results were relable.The more broken of the cal structure the higher cllapsed pressure of th wel all would be and thepoor sablityofthe we all .ould be.The dcominan cal structurewould be the major control factor of the single well wall stability.
