摘要

基于对煤矿安全已有技术成就的阐述,结合对互联网+概念、特征的理解,提出构建以煤矿企业、技术服务方、政府作为实施"互联网+煤矿安全"责任主体,积极推动金融投资机构参与的组织思路;依托煤矿企业建立健全灾害风险监控预警系统、政府构建互联网大数据平台和监管预警系统、技术服务方提供个性化技术产品和专业化技术服务、金融投资机构提供资金支持,形成多方融合性利益关联的经营主体,利用互联网实现信息共享、利益支撑、目标融合、创新驱动。分析认为实现互联网+煤矿安全的难点主要在于技术和机制,因此建议应加大技术研发力度、调整社会和企业管理机制,建立信誉社会、法治社会是实现互联网+煤矿安全的先决条件。
Abstract

Based on the technical achievements of coal mine safety and the concept of in ernet plus.the organization thinking of construction main responsitility based on coal mine enterprises techrical services ,the govermment is proposed.,which promotes financial investment intitutions to paticipate.Relying on the disaser riskmonioring and warning system establis ed by coal enterprises intenet data platfrm and supervising-warning system buit by govemnment.person llzed technology products and professional technical service provided by technical services and fnancial support provided by financial and investment institutions,a muti fusion ofassociated wih the interests of management main body is formed.lnformation shaing.iterestarget fusion and inovative drive is achive by internet.The analysis shows the difijculty of the realization of intenet plus coal mine safety is technology and me:hanisn. Therefor.tis suggested to increase technology research and to adjust the social and enterprise management mechanism.The establishment of creditsociety and the rule of lavw is prerequistefor internet plus coal mine safety
