    针对数字化矿山存在的管理模式固化、井下场景不能自动更新等问题,分析了梧桐庄矿数字化矿山工程建设的先进性,介绍了梧桐庄矿数字矿山的总体架构、重点建设内容及实现方案。梧桐庄矿数字化矿山工程是以数据中心为核心,集安全生产过程控制、三维可视化、虚拟现实生产与安全培训为一体的多元化数字矿山工程,形成了集管理、装备、培训三位一体的综合管控体系。三维可视化系统根据生产进尺数据动态更新展示平台,实现煤矿生产工作面小场景自动生成,解决了人工输入工作繁重的问题。虚拟现实培训系统率先以本矿实景为模型,再现煤矿真实三维场景,提供生产系统运行操作、矿井环境认知、安全事故预防与处理等模拟演练与培训。梧桐庄数字化矿山工程提高了现代化矿井精细化管控水平,促进了梧桐庄矿安全高效矿井建设,提升了经济效益,可为全国同类矿井数字矿山建设起到典型示范作用。
  • Abstract
    According to the management mode slidfication,the underground mine scene not upgrading and other problems existed in the digialzation mine,the paper had an analysis on the advance of the digitalized mine engineering construcion in Wwutongzhuang Mine, an introducio on thegene al framewrk.ke y constouction :ontents and implementation scheme of the digitalized mine in Wudongzhuang Mine.The digitalzed mine engineeing of Wudongzhuang Mine wvas based on the data center as the core to integrate the safety producton process conro,3D isualrzation.,irual actual production and saet raining as a whnce muthle digtal mine engineeing and a tinity comprehensive management and control system of the management equpment and traning. Acovding tothe production footage data to dyamicall pgrade the display platform,the 3D visualization system could realize the auto generation on the small cene of the proucton working face n he mine and coud ove te problem of the severe manual nput work.The vitual actual raining system coul frtly be based on the mine real scene as a mod l to reappear the acual 3D sceneof the mine and could prove the operation of the production system,the mine envionnent perception.the prevention an reatment of the saety aceident and other s imulation dill and training. The digitalzed mine engineering of Wwutongzhuang Mine had improved the fine management and control lvel of the modernized mine,promot edthe safety and high eficient mine construction of Watongzhuang Mine and improved the economic beneft.therefre t ould played a typical dtemo ole toconstouct tha digital mine of the similar mimes in China.
