    为确定顺层钻孔瓦斯抽采合理布孔间距,基于实际煤层赋存条件,采用压降法对钻孔抽采半径进行试验研究。通过Comsol Multiphysics数值模拟软件建立三维抽采钻孔模型,根据单孔模拟结果,得到了钻孔的抽采有效半径r、抽采影响半径R的变化规律,与压降法实测结果高度吻合,验证了三维模型的可靠性。通过分析钻孔周围瓦斯流态及抽采叠加效应的作用机理,模拟研究不同布孔间距下的瓦斯抽采效果,得到顺层瓦斯抽采合理的布孔间距为:2r≤L≤R。在实际瓦斯抽采工作中可根据矿井采掘计划,确定合理的布孔间距,在降低抽采成本的同时确保矿井安全生产。
  • Abstract
    in order to detemine the rational space between the boreholes for gas drainage with the boreholes in and along the sean in coal mine,based on the actualsean deposition condions,a pressure drop method was appid to experiment studly on the gas drainage radius ofthe borehole.A 3D gas rainage borehole modelwas esteb ished by Cconsol Aultihy scs numeical sinuation software. Acording to the simulation resuls of a single borehol ,the vaiation laws of gas drainage effectve radius r and gas drainage infuence radius R of the borehole were obtained, and the varation law was highly met with the actual measured resuis of he pressure drop method.Therelailty of the3 D model was verfied. ith the analysis on the gas fiow state around the borehole and the funcion mechanism of the gas superpositionefec.the paper had a simulaton stuly on the gas drainage ef ct under diferent space between the boreholes.The rational space between the boreholes for gas drainage along the seam was 2r LSR.n the acual gas drainage operaton.according to the mining and excavation schedule of mine the rational space between boreholes could be set up and the mine safety production would be ensured while the drainage cost was reduced.
