摘要
为了研究蓄能器主要参数对全断面液压断带保护装置控制特性和快速平稳抓捕特性的影响,采用不同预充气压力和配置方式蓄能器的方法,分析了液压断带保护装置的综合性能。通过建立皮囊式蓄能器的数学模型,采用AMESim仿真软件分析了在不同参数和配置方式下液压断带保护装置抓捕过程中速度和压力的变化以及对压力冲击的吸收效果,同时,在模拟试验台上针对上述仿真结果做了相应的试验。结果表明:蓄能器的预充气压力对全断面液压断带保护装置液压系统的压力峰值影响较大,对抓捕时间的影响较小;采用2个蓄能器比采用单个并联式蓄能器对液压系统的压力冲击具有更好的吸收作用。

Abstract
in order to study the major parameters of accumulator affected to control haracter o ful section hydraulic belt broken protection device and the rapid and stable catching characterstic offerent pre-nfaton pressure and allcation type accunulator method was appied to analyze the comprehensive perormances of the hydraulic bet broken protection device. with the establishment of bladder type accurmulator mathematical mod e an ANME5Sin software was appled to anajze the vanation of speed and pressure during the catching proc.ss of the hydrauli belt broken protection device under the diferen parameters an l.cation and the impact on the absoption effect of the pressure impact Meanwhile a relevant est was conducted on th simulation 'est platiom according to the above sinmulaton resuts.The resulis showed tat the pre-infratio pressure of the accumulator would have a high infuenceto the pressure peak of the ful sction rydrauli belt boken potection deviceand would have lessinfluence to the catchin time. n comparison with the single paral accumulatortwo accumulators app ied woul havebetea absopio fe to:he pressure impact of hydraulic system.
