    针对螺旋钻进工艺在钻孔施工时没有随钻测量方案的现状,在分析螺旋钻进工艺及其对随钻测量装备特殊要求的基础上,系统研究了随钻轨迹测量方法、井下施工方法和钻孔轨迹计算方法,并研制了成套的随钻测量装备。为了解决松软煤层瓦斯抽采孔成孔率差、排渣困难的难题,设计了整体式宽叶片无磁螺旋钻杆。应用结果表明:随钻轨迹测量技术与装备能满足螺旋钻进工艺的技术要求,相比传统的钻孔测量方式,施工效率提高40%,为松软煤层瓦斯治理提供了新的技术途径。
  • Abstract
    According to the status on no driing measuring means during the borehole constructon perod of the spiral drllig technicue,based on the analysis on the spiraldriing technique and the specialrequirements of the drlling measurement equipment.the paper systematcal studied the driing rack measuing method underground constiuction method and the drling rack caculaton method and completed set of the drling measurement equipment was researched and developed. in ofderto solve a poor borehole completed rate of the gas drainage boreholein the sof seam and the dificult cuttng discharging problem,an integrated wide blade nonmagnet c spiral diling rot was designe . The practices and application resuhts in the mining area showed that the rllig rack measuring technology and the equiment could meet the technical requrements of the spiral driling technique. n comparison with the conventional iling neasurement metiod,the driing track measuring teachnology and the equipment could improve the construction eficiency by 40% and could provide new technical acess to the gas control of sof seam
