摘要
为实现煤巷机械化快速掘进与架棚(U型钢)支护协调配套的技术要求,研发了悬臂式掘进机机载支护作业平台,确定了该作业平台总体结构方案及技术参数,作业平台采用"分级控制,顺序伸缩"的操纵方式,将人工架设顶梁升级为机械挑梁,缩短了架棚支护时间。该作业平台在林南仓矿煤巷掘进中进行了工业性试验,现场测试表明:作业平台与悬臂式掘进机配套使用,架棚支护时间缩短22.2%,掘进日进尺由原来的6.3~7.0 m增加到7.7~8.4 m,掘进进尺平均提高20%。

Abstract
In order to realize the technical requirements between the mechanized rapid driving and the coordinative matched technology of the U-shaped shed support,a support operation platform mounted on the boom type roadheader was reached and developed and a general structure plan and technical parameters of the operation platform were set up. The operation mode of " a grading control and sequential expansion" was applied to the operation platform. The manually erected beam was upgraded to a mechanized erected beam and thus the setting time of the U-shaped shed support was reduced. The industrial trial of the operation platform was conducted in a seam gateway driving in Linancang Mine. The site measurements and test showed that the matched application of the operation platform and the boom type roadheader could reduce the support time by 22.2%,a daily driving rate was increased from the previous 6.3 ~ 7.0 m to 7.7~ 8.4 m and the driving rate was increased by 20% in average.
