    针对煤与瓦斯突出矿井开采成本高、开采效率低、发生事故风险高等问题,提出应正确认识突出矿井的定性,以避免矿井投资决策失误,在采掘前应采取区域性综合防治煤与瓦斯突出措施以有效消除突出危险性,在采掘中应采取突出危险性监控预警技术,并应辅以采取专业化技术服务等措施,以实现煤与瓦斯突出矿井的安全高效开采。同时还提出应在发生突出综合作用机理和致灾机理,利用地面工程实现低成本快速准确勘测矿井各煤层不同深度、不同块段瓦斯地质参数及其变化规律测定技术等方面加强研究,以进一步实现煤与瓦斯突出矿井的安全高效开采。
  • Abstract
    According to the high mining cost,low mining efficiency,high accident risk and other problems in coal mine with coal and gas outburst in potential,the paper proposed that the features of mine should be correctly recognized in order to avoid wrong decision of mine investment. Before mining and excavation,regional comprehensi ve coal and gas outburst prevention and control measures should be conducted to effectively eliminate the outburst danger. During excavation period,the monitoring and co ntrol early warning technology of the coal and gas outburst danger should be conducted with special technical services and other measures as auxiliary in order to realize s afety and high efficient mining in the mine with coal and gas outburst in potential. The paper provided that study should be enhanced on outburst comprehensive function m . echanism and disaster occurrence mechanism,application of the surface engineering to realize the low cost rapid and accurate survey of deferent depth of each seam,differ ent sectional gas geological parameters,measuring technology of varied law and other aspects in order to further realize safety and high efficient mining with coal and gas outburst in potential.
